It would be nice if forum admin could easily set up his own fields info stored and siplayed in profile page. For example, I have music forum and I want to add "Favourite band", "Favourite song" fields etc. and to remover fields like AIM, ICQ, Skype etc. It would be really great feature.

yeah! this is great feature...
and so i make it "manual" in my UseBB forum... first, i removed not needed fields, but added needed fields in MySQL table... than i refreshed some template and sources files... and at last i added new words to language file... it's very difficult, but it works... _______________ Sorry for my bad english ((( |

I understand this will be a useful feature. We could also create the possibility to add profile fields yourself (as a member) like Vanilla has.

According to http://www.usebb.net/community/topic-1493.html it would be nice to get a feature/module for expanding the user profile or any other profile with one or more fields, so i can adapt the forum to my own needs.
Modding in my own way results in code which can not be updated with future versions of UseBB. |

I merged the topic from Christine with this one. This feature was requested nearly a year ago and waiting for implementation in UseBB 2.0 (as the others).
