Hello folks, A friend of mine try to register here but he get this error: UseBB General Error
An error was encountered. We apologize for any inconvenience.
In file panel_register.php on line 282:
E_USER_ERROR - Missing saltcode in session data!
This is most likely due to malfunctioning sessions. Please check UseBB's cookie/session configuration values.
This error should probably not have occured, so please report it to the webmaster. Thank you for your help.

All I can say is to retry. Session data often disappears on some PHP setups. I don't know why.
Also note you must not use a proxy servers.

He tryed alot of times but nothing, still geting this error and he don't use a proxy server
