I don't understand.. are you working on a MOD for remote avatar uploading? And what you mean by "hey I gotta learn"? Don't you know PHP yet?

Yes to MOD, when you click browse you get a file off your computer and upload to a directory of choice, decided since they will be avatars they will be stored in a avatars directory, I am learning PHP on my own, when I actually sit down and think I learn. No time limit when available yet. |

Due to server issues the past couple of days its been going slow testing that.
In the meantime, I've been studying the code, what I plan on doing is when you get a file, then press OK it will automatically place URL in the Avatar URL location, while at the same time storing image in a directory. If I can get this to work, all is well. |

I am no PHP wizard, so far; everything came back in error, I will get it though.
Still, I am studying the code alittle more, won't be much code added, after that, eventually will plan on adding some configurations in ACP. |

Since I am no PHP guru/wizard having just a hard time getting this, the part when clicking OK after you get a file from your computer, everything else is done, haven't even tried ACP yet, this will come later.
So far, the files that need modified are: 1. sources\panel_profile.php 2. templates\default\panel.tpl.php 3. languages\lang_English.php (others languages can be done in same manner) |
