Will there be anything like a recycle bin, when topics or posts are deleted will automatically be stored in forum of choice, stopping forum overall topic and post count from decreasing.

When topics are deleted, they are deleted.

A solution to this would be to make a forum viewable only by admins / mods and just move the topics you want to "delete" in there..

This may be an idea for 2.0 but it's not planned for the moment.

Next Step, posts you can not move, only topics are moveable, some people get angry when those keep going down.

I said that just for topics, not for posts.. I think that not many people would use this. There is a MOD for phpbb for this purpose, but no one uses it! You know why? It's easier to set up a seperate forum for a "thrash can"!

Besides, posts cannot be thrashed. How to move them? It would require an extra page for thrashed posts (with actions for restoring, permanent deletion etc), cuz they can't be displayed like the rest anymore!

BTW, a "thrashcan.php" file it seems to be a good mod, and someone may develop it for 1.x..
