PHPMailer class as a mail choice

Some times, there are many users which host their website in free host, and in consecuence, the mail() function is often disabled. So, I think that will be a good idea implement the PHPMailer class for using any POP email account.

If you mean to be able to use SMTP, this is scheduled since a long time.
