Hi All,

ive been using UseBB for a month or so now and really like it, but stumbled across mootools forum (using bbPress) and think that there are a few things UseBB 2 can learn from this

1. RSS on whatever you want
-- with bbPress you can bet a rss subscription on a forum/tag/post/seach result whatever, i really like this and find it useful

2. light theme
-- the default bbPress theme is very off putting but the mootools mod is very easy to look at and in my opion makes the forum easier to use

3. easy search
-- their search is more goolge than usebb if that make sense, you can just type something in the search box at the top of the screen (no need to a seperate page) and search. though it doesnt give you all the options the usebb search does but its functional

Thanks again, keep up the great work,

Cheers

An RSS feed for every node (globally, per forum and per topic) is indeed on the wishlist. If we eventually end up implementing tags, this will also be possible per tag (or perhaps per group of tags).

The theme of UseBB 2 is still largely undiscussed, but it will certainly be something light and usable, where possible increasing usability over the current UseBB 1 theme.

As for the search box, it's also on the wishlist for some time... it was even requested as a mod for UseBB 1.
