I am trying to install usebb but cannot get past the configuration step. Do I need to usu phpMyAdmin to create a table and user beforehand? Or will typing in names on the first installation page do that?
There error I keep getting is: In file db_mysql.php on line 94: I have phpMyAdmin 2.9.0.2 Server version: 4.1.21-standard Any help/direction will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. |

You do have to create a database and user before you can install.
Usually you can do this though cPanel if your host provides it to you. _______________ |

Are you sure your database' password matches the one you entered during UseBB setup?

When in doubt, contact your host for the right values.
