The name attribute is not an unique field so there's no problem.

Yeah, I know, that it's not a unique ID and would be heavy to check the existence of such a name (esp. under the same category), this was just a warning.

Perhaps in v2 a check could be done to see if a forum doesn't already exist with this name and the same parent forum.
