I need one more field in the user profile as must (*).

I'm driving a forum for alumni of my grammar school and the user has to fill in his/her year of graduation in the registration routine.

Can i get some hints, where and in which way i have to alter the code?

This is a modding question which we don't actually support. If anyone wants to write a guide on adding profile fields, go ahead (in the Documentation forum).
