Hi, I have some problem with encoding while dumping and restoring forum base. I have a base in cp1251 and I need to move it to the other host. I made a backup in phpmyadmin and restored it in my new host with phpmyadmin, but as a result all cyrillic text became something like "??????????????????". PhpMyAdmin make backup in utf8, I`ve tried to restore it and try to convert it to cp1251 before restore, but result is the same.
