Might be a different problem...you should enable debug mode. ( ACP -> General Configuration -> Advanced Settings )

Also, there is no point in posting the same topic in different forums. It won't get you help any faster.

That error is obviously not UseBB's. In fact, "DEBUG MODE" and emailer.php point in phpBB's direction. We do not give phpBB support here, please point to phpBB.com.
