I get below when accessing /usebb/admin.php?act=sqltoolbox
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /usebb/admin.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Problem solved, thank you Dietrich for responding to a email when I couldn't start a new topic in here.
Adding SecFilterInheritance Off to .htaccess file did the trick.
