UseBB 1.0.8 - French translation ready.

I've made a little change in my french traduction.

First, I've used "billet" to translate the word "post".

But I think it's better to translate with "message", more easy and more international.

So, now, at Sourceforge, you can download a better version of the UseBB 1.0.8.'s traduction.
