Well phpbbhacks.com is a name as logical as usebbhacks.com.

Well you aren't obliged anyway not to start a modding project for UseBB if someone else wants to start one too. Those projects are after all not under the UseBB project itself. The one who starts the project first will most likely get more attention from users than the second one.

Did a litlle searching on my hard drive and found:

It's nice, however mind that UseBB is written with a capital U, unlike phpBB which doesn't start with a capital letter.

Well the U is a bit larger (vertical length) then the other letters to overlap the line under usebbhacks.com a bit! I'm still doubting about this project since I am currently building my won bulletin board :-s. It would be ironic to be the guy behind usebbhacks and pearbb lead developper :-s. However the skills can come in handy. Not an easy choise :-p

Well, the link 'Download useBB' isn't correct...

I know people wanting to get involved in the project while they are already developing mods for other forum packages. It's not a problem to me, do what you like best.

I decided to do the project, by the end of the week I'll request the domain name and if everything gos well it will be ready to use by Christmas...

fromalk, its fine by me. I havent had time nor the resources to set it up. I will register in your forums and help out the best I can. ^-^

And I'm glad to say I just ordered the domain name, I was doubting about this project but cancelled the further development of pearbb untill next summer holidays :-)... I'm now ordering the domain name
