can I insert a image when open a new topic?
seems usebb don't have this function, anybody give me some idear on how to integerate this function.

UseBB does not have attachments, as noted on the features page.
There might be some mods available (see resources forum). |

No uploading, no attachments, but you can insert an image that you posted elsewhere, using BBCode and the url:
