Try this modification: http://usebbzone.com/file.php?id=48

I downloaded that file, it has nothing to do with avatars, inside the zip is a folder named misc with 2 pink images and then a css file, but also there is 2 upgrade text files. According to the install.htm file it says this...

Upload the following files:

* /avatars/ -> /sources/

There are pre-modded files located in /Pre-Made Files/ if you are installing this on an un-modded forum. If you have a customized forum, the file edits are below.

so tell me, where is these 2 files?

I think this question could better be asked on UseBB Zone. I haven't checked it but it seems files are missing.

Yes it does have everything to do with avatars, you have to add the code to files yourself.

Create avatar directory, just something else anyone has to add.

The pre-modded files were removed since they were never updated and may break your forum when uploading. As William mentioned, you would need to create the avatar folder and do the manual edits located in install.html
