I was just wondering if useBB is stable enough for a production environment. I am needing forum software for my architect company so we may discuss ideas and post information and such.
Thanks.

Well, we consider releases as stable at the time we release them. When a serious threat to the security is uncovered, we try to release a patched version of UseBB asap. Of course, you should keep an eye on that you always use the latest version.
The reason that version number begin with a zero means that the software is in an alpha/beta stage, so that there are missing features and functions. Under any circomstances, except for development, we don't recommend to use CVS versions on public environments. _______________ |
