Maybe a new layout skin for the next version. Also maybe changing the template colors. How will the sequence for the forum builds go? Will there be a v0.4 or will you skip to v1.0?

I think this template set is fine for most people. It's based on the new website and very few people even thought it could be done better. Besides that, we can't change the template (colours) every few releases as it would make UseBB unrecognizable.

There will definately be a 0.4, perhaps also a 0.5 and 0.6. I don't know for sure about other versions, when the board will be "complete" to release 1.0.

Maybe we can start thinking for a new template set for 1.0, and also have the website changed by then...

Maybe we can submit new skins/css-files to the usebbhacks-page (when its done).

The primary location will stay at SF.net for now. After 1.0 there will probably come a new and more convenient system to submit template sets.

Btw, I opened a new poll at the website about a new look for 1.0. Please vote.

I haven't messed around with UseBB yet, so I'm curious as to how practical its usage of CSS is. For example, I've noticed that phpBB and PunBB utilize the same CSS classes and such for page elements that are totally unrelated to one another. I realize that this is part of the template itself, but it's a bit of a pain for those of us who are pleased with a layout and simply want to alter colors and graphics.

I think the current skin is great. However, I would change the graphics (apart from the logo, which is nice).

I think the poll on the home page is clear, most people don't want a new look, so I'm declining this feature request. Let's hope for a new look in 2.0 or so.

Note this doesn't mean we will further tweak the current look...
