I found (stole) a way to translate the date and time strings in a formated date string. i think it should be incorporated into UseBB. I can show how, it is a small mod.

I think the translation strings need to have the strings for : am, pm, AM, PM

For Dutch (the only lang file except English that I maintain), AM and PM isn't used. And still it stays 'AM' and 'PM', there's no translation.
