How do you make pages like this?

and can you make something like this

index1.html = 1st layout
cat 1
cat 2
cat 3

index2.html = 2nd layout
cat 4
cat 2
cat 5

something like two discussion boards, with their own catagory's, and some of them shared?

I'm pretty sure you'd have to make two seperate installations of UseBB(therefore the categories/forums aren't shared). So what you are asking isn't possible as far as i know.

This is not possible, the top level in UseBB is a category. You can't make seperate forums with it.
