I did some messing around with the UseBB index.php code and changed around the forum index look alittle.

I split up the forums into 2 types, as you could probably see. The award forums are arranged differently then the rest.
I dont think i did it the most efficient way, but yea lol, dunno how :p.
And i also changed the placement of the topics and posts count.
