Let's see if i can explain this without causing too much confusion.
I deleted a forum and said to move the moderators to the specified forum where the threads would be moved to. All went well.
I deleted another forum, which had the same moderators as the first, and again, said to move the moderators to the specified forum where the threades would be moved to.
What happens it adds the moderators again. So, the forum would have Bob and Frank listed as moderators. After the second forum deletion, it had Bob, Bob, Frank, Frank listed as moderators.
So basically, it added the moderators again, even though the user was already listed as a moderator.
