This isn't really a bug but it caused some head ache until I found the obvious reason. If public access (by e.g. non-members, guests) isn't allowed to the board, the rss feed returns the main page which is invalid as a feed of course. So maybe the "rss feed" at the bottom should be disabled/removed/not displayed when not logged in & the board is closed. (Although I personally would love to have a way to access a closed board via my rss reader maybe on an IP/subnet basis?)

BTW although this is the wrong place for feature requests: per category/forum rss feeds would be nice.

With "closed" I mean no access allowed for guests/non-members. Access via the rss client is per definition some kind of guest account as the client usually doesn't know how to log in.

Fixed in CVS. Thanks for reporting.

The feed now sends an 403 Forbidden when it can't be viewed. Also, the links below are now hidden when they can't be accessed (because of IP ban, closed board, etc).
