The problem being is that when when i click "Add a new forum" under Manage Forums i get redirected to the ACP Index
This problem doesn't seem to be happening on other UseBB forums I'm using; could this be a simple CHMOD issue? i dont remember changing any permissions accept for config.php which is 0777.
Other than the above i don't know what could be causing the problem
